Position Overview: As an Independent Freight Broker Agent at Black Rooster Logistics LLC, you will have the opportunity to build and expand your own freight brokerage business. This position is a 1099 role, giving you the flexibility to work on your own schedule and enjoy the benefits of being an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Continuously seek new business opportunities and build your book of business.
• Negotiate competitive rates and secure freight shipments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Collaborate with our back office support team to streamline operations.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Transferable Book of Business: Must possess an active and transferable book of business in the freight brokerage industry.
• Legal Right to Work: Must reside in the United States and have the legal right to work here.
